BHML group intends to set up a factory complex in Kamarjuri, Gazipur In a land area of 5 acres. The intention of the client was to develop the site in phases complying with their growing demand of production capacity. Our primary challenge of the project was the site itself.
Since its located in a semi urban fabric with least amount of surrounding infrastructural support, we needed to develop a sustainable ecosystem that works efficiently on water management, manages an uninterrupted traffic flow and as a whole creates a spatial environment that increases efficiency.
