Masterplan for Salma Group factory complex

In 2023, the Salma Group factory complex’s masterplan was developed for Dabiruddin spinning mills ltd in Trishal Mymensingh. With a current workforce of 1450 people and an annual production of 16.45 million kgs, expansion was necessary to meet rising demand.

The 70-acre complex prioritizes a healthy work environment through balanced built and open spaces.

It features production areas, recreational zones, rainwater harvesting, sustainable transportation options, green spaces, and solar panels for energy, aiming for an efficient and worker-friendly industrial estate.
