The brief of the client was to design a building that sits in a landscape of small pocket greens that could be used as outdoor event space of the organization. The building mass was thus derived from the configuration of the outdoor event space which is surrounded by structures on three sides to ensure privacy.

The use of locally available material along with colonnaded corridor spaces allows the inner halls and office spaces to have comfortable conditions for the users. The building having a training institute along with its office uses had a complex list of programs which were stacked according to its functional needs which at the same time guided the elevation on each side.
