Being one of the oldest garments factory they were facing lot of compliance problems in their existing factory. Eventually they had to plan for a new plant in their industrial plot at Tejgaon industrial area. A eight storied building is designed to cater the present need and keeping the provision of future need. The plan has been has been approved by RAJUK but the building was never built due to some change in management decision this building will be converted to commercial building.
