After doing business for the last 30 years they intended to build a new production facility of woven products. A beautiful serine piece of land was chosen in Bormi. In a village a piece of barren land where no cultivation was possible.We wanted to less intervention into the nature. For that buildings were located in such a way so that no cultivating land is destroyed and few trees are destroyed. Natural flow of water through the site was not barred rather we created a water body and a channel of water . Every approach was taken to create a beautiful green campus where the workers will enjoy to work. This is a steel and brick building. Natural daylight, central ventilation system, creates a very good working environment inside. Presently this building is built unto 1st flooring by next two years 2nd floor will be completed to give a complete look.
