The Unit-1 became overloaded to serve the growing need of export. The management planned to expand the production facility by constructing a new building. They had a land beside. We developed a new masterplan on that land incorporating the old buildings and proposed new buildings as production building unit-2, facility building, Utility building etc. The new production building designed as a eight storied civil building each floor having 30000 site area. To bring fresh air from roof nine air vents are built on three sides of the building.
