Building Materials: Rcc, brick, glass, paint, aluminium, tile etcThe client’s requirement was to shift his running denim production facility from Tejgaon industrial area to this new site. The land was not large enough to accommodate a denim project. They had to plan the wet wash process to another piece of land. Factory building and utility building are the two main structures in the campus. All other requirements of social compliance are designed to be housed in the ground floor of the building. The main building will be a civil structure having five floors. Each floor will be around 3500 sqm. This project is a LEED certified project.
