The objective of the project was to satisfy functional demands as well as to rejuvenate and ethical working environment for the workers. The client believes in the philosophy of advancement along with time pursuing quality of the products.

The built forms are located respecting the priority of the work flow. The workers are entering into the complex through the guard house attending the checking areas. Provisions of a shaded entry is ensured for the workers during the rainy season. A peripheral road has been designed around the complex to ensure the access of FSCD throughout the whole complex. The production building is the key built form where all the machineries for production are planned to be installed. All the safety factors are ensured inside the building as well as in the premise. The buildings are constructed by local materials like brick, cement, glass and steel. There is a huge patch of green in the back side of the complex which offers a breathing space for the workers of the complex.
