Building Materials: Rcc, brick, glass, paint, aluminium, tile etcBase Textiles Ltd. a Chittagong based group planned to establish their new LEED certified project around Dhaka. On a beautiful piece of land the masterplan was developed by proposing a central road. On one side there will be garment manufacturing facility and on another side they will build their tech park. The garment complex has been designed in such a way so that workers can get the maximum exposure of the water body by planing the entry walk way and other facilities beside the water body. The factory building dominates the whole campus with its very special roofing system. The metal roof is a three chord truss structure. The wavy roof has broken the monotony of a very large structure.
