An under-construction building which was left for years was purchased by the group. The super-structure was standing incomplete. There was no setback on the roadside and also on the west side. The whole structure was redesigned. Structural retrofitting was imperative to make some double height and lofty spaces. A very small scaled atrium was cut out from the slabs to connect the floors of the group internally from Level-5 to Level-9. This atrium made the passage of skylight into the office spaces during daytime. The interior solution was developed with open cubicle concept. Very small number of closed rooms was allotted only to the board of directors. A very special executive lounge on the rooftop will provide the hospitality facilities for the buyers.
