The design concept is developed under the strong influence of the natural water body on east side and north side. The form is derived in such a way so that the lake is visible from the interior space to the maximum extent. Integrated into one of the busiest urban intersection in the new breed of business district, Gulshan area, the building will create a dialogue with the surroundings and neighborhood. A cool breeze will flow from the lake towards the building round the year. The entrance plaza on the ground level will act as an arena for the building users under the open sky, beside the lake. This space is democratic in nature and has distinctive character having a gallery and a coffee shop. Glass and fair face concrete dominates the structure as the major construction material. Due to the lake on the east side majorly glass has been used on the east side. Sun louvers will be used for the protection from the sun.The core is located on the west side reducing the direct heat impact of the west.
