PDS multinational group is one of the largest consumer goods sourcing company of Asia. They planned to establish their own manufacturing plant of garment in Bangladesh. Accordingly they got a land in Eshwardy EPZ. A two storied building having 9000 sft in each floor is designed to house their manufacturing facility and warehouse. A three storied building will be built for accommodating office, dining, kitchen, day care and clinic facility. The project will be a LEED certified building project. Therefore all the amenities and facilities have been designed considering the LEED requirements.
