As the site is elongated towards East-West orientation, the form had to be freed from monotony playing with solid-void relationships to provide proper light and shade throughout the building.
Large overhangs are provided wherever it’s necessary which is complimenting the built form enhancing invitation towards the entrance as well as providing proper provisions for a shaded drop off. Spatial organization of forms along with functional zoning of the amenities of the built form create it’s own micro-climate for the users to relax and enjoy the ambiance of the complex. Wide open terraces are also provided on the upper levels to perpetuate the relationship with natural influences.

The diversity of the form compliments the facades providing a perfect opportunity for necessary natural ventilation throughout the built form which protects comfort for the users. Sensible usage of glass on the facades of the built form renders transparency to preserve visual clearance for the users. This also acts as a major element for providing natural lighting throughout the whole building which also accompanies the serenity from outside to inside.
