Masterplan for JK group factory complex

The JK group factory complex masterplan aimed to harmonize existing production buildings with new proposed structures within approved regulations. Balancing available FAR area, the project maintained production while strategically relocating programs in phases.

 The goal was an efficient, regulation-compliant, and environment-friendly workspace in urban Dakshin Dariapur, Savar. The plan anticipates future expansion needs, ensuring an effective production space and utility facilities for future demands.
